BACKGROUND/
In 2011 Ofsted judged Totton College to be inadequate РGrade 4. The new senior management team instituted a transformational agenda targeted at improving the college’s culture, behaviours and systems. Blackpepper were engaged to develop the learning landscape and to assist the team in
delivering their strategic objectives.
