BACKGROUND/BRIEF
In 2009 Southwark College was judged by Ofsted to be inadequate (grade 4). As a consequence, a new senior team was appointed to significantly improve standards and services by the next inspection.
BRIEF/
Blackpepper implemented a brand strategy that communicated the transformation agenda through tangible improvements to the look, feel and quality of the environment, and through a range of marketing and communication channels.
