Blackpepper were comissioned to assisit the new executive team in developing an ambitious transformational agenda for the Grimsby Institute. 14-16 year olds were identified as a key recruitment group for the 2012/13. Blackpepper worked with students to develop a course guide that focussed on career choices and student success. Two gender specific covers were printed as a direct result of research findings.
